[dropcap style=”book”]T[/dropcap]urtle Bay Land Company is a Hawaii based real estate investment and development company. Our mission is To Create Great Housing and Excellent Investments. Since our inception in 2002, we have been building Hawaii’s future one home at a time by helping homeowners and improving the neighborhoods we invest and work in.
While our work is often exciting and fun, our mission is quite serious. Oahu, Hawaii, has a critical shortage of available housing. We are working hard to help fill the demand, with new-build construction and redevelopment of distressed houses. All the while, making wise investments to provide our capital investors with strong returns and low risk.
The company was founded by our CEO, Michael Mazzella. Over the last fifteen years, Turtle Bay Land Company has grown to become Hawaii’s leading house flipping company re-developing well over 200 homes on the island of O’ahu.
Through our extensive network of financial resources and years of real estate expertise, Turtle Bay Land Company can assist homeowners with almost any real estate challenge they may face including foreclosure, quick sales, and properties that cannot be financed. Our ability to purchase homes with all cash and quick closes allows us to serve the needs of the homeowner efficiently and effectively.
Our ability to take down multiple deals quickly and manage dozens of projects simultaneously, allows us to employ over 100 local people directly and indirectly on every transaction including realtors, escrow agents, inspectors, painters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, and many more sub-contractors.
Our financing on each of our projects allows for local families to partner with us by investing funds privately into the deal. These financial partners earn a return secured by real estate while our company does all the work. In many cases, our private funders use the same money they are currently investing such as retirement accounts, however, they have more control and can safely grow their money up to five times faster!
